Finding solutions that meet our clients’ needs, provide comfort for their users, fit their budgets, respond sensitively to their settings, respect the environment, are durable and pleasing to the senses is our mission. These qualities can be found in our approach to programming, determination of project goals, site master planning, conceptual, preliminary and final architectural designs. They have been successfully applied for campuses, renovations and adaptive re-use as well as new structures. With a history of delivering projects on time and within strict budget limitations, while realizing significant energy efficiency and operating cost savings, our buildings have also been recognized for design excellence.
